Friendly and talented colleagues, interesting and creative projects, and beautiful design outcomes. It’s a great place to start your career if you’re fresh out of school and eager to learn. You’ll have broad responsibilities and plenty of opportunities to grow your skills quickly.
Cons
Deadlines are often very tight, which can easily lead to overtime and burnout. There’s a lot of direct contact with clients, and project management doesn’t always act as a strong buffer between clients and the development team. You’ll often find yourself juggling client communications and coding at the same time, which can be stressful.
