Current talent within the organization is unwilling to adapt to new incoming taken and that has became the Achilles Heel for the company and th3 have to step back and make some tough decisions in order to remain on schedule with their business plan and ability to manage properties at a high level of quality for investors.

Top down leadership lacks industry depth and experience. They lack talent and still figuring out their culture in its entirety. The ability to recruit new talent to the organization that brings aboard experience and a variety of skills and integrating then with existing talent and managing egos and personality's.
