In this fast-paced, plastic, disposable world, Green Monday has a grand mission to shift the public to sustainable living. The irony, given that this company had the highest turnover and shortest average employment term I've ever experienced. You would think that with the high turnover, the company would start to double down on working to fix their toxic culture but nope not here. To them, everyone is dispensable, and everyone isn't performing well enough. The company does not value and is unable to retain their talents. Instead, they keep some questionable person on top of the senior management and back him up with no consequences despite his inactions and inability to perform again and again. The senior management here is toxic and does not communicate properly with the rest of the team till the very last minute. The team is often forced to improvise after being suddenly thrown into a situation. By the way, COVID-19 measures are commonly brushed aside here because the staff do not matter. The team is severely understaffed and taking on multiple hats outside of their jobscope (including furniture moving, sales promoter, etc.), but HQ does not care. Working here guarantees for you to feel constantly undervalued and under-appreciated. Not forgetting to mention the cherry on top: Expect to always get blamed regardless of what you have/haven't done. If nothing above sounds appealing to you, best look elsewhere. Otherwise, prepare to be greatly disappointed just like everyone has been. Cheers.

Never join a HK company. They talked down to staff all the time and have no basic respect for human beings. Treat pigs better than human. So called social enterprise but take advantage of govt funds to benefit their own business. They don't practise what they preach. No ethics.. Kindness and empathy is not in their dictionary. During covid, they dont even allow staff to work from home at all and dont wear mask in office.
