      If you’re Italian, you will do no work! Pretty offices

      Cons

      Everything! Senior management are deluded. Blame game culture. Ceo has power trip and sends ridiculous emails on unthought policies - potentially breaching employment law. No flexibility in any shape or form

      Pros

      Really nice office and super close links to the train station, Boxpark, town centre). The actual people that work here are nice.

      Cons

      The micro-managing is unbearable. You are not allowed to wear certain things, there is way too much information given at training, which is often rushed and pointless. So many people have been fired and you are not allowed to leave the building on your breaks. Not sure if its a company or a school. Absolutely no chance of career progression. Stay clear, not worth your time nor energy.

      Good pay, local transport link and shops

      Cons

      Rushed and incoherent training, you are promised many things when you join and that they have a 'positive attitude' but the reality is far different. I saw a lo of micro-managing and firing of many people sometimes on a daily basis.
