Recommended for freshy only, people that have nothing yet. For experienced, this is not the place to waste yourself. Your skills, your wisdom, your insights, your experiences wont be needed and appreciated here. The company is about 5 years now, progress is as if under develop, if you understand how's business going, then I'm sure you can relate to your own understandings.
Cons
Every company has toxicity stories. But this station is non-ethical, unprofessional, no structured workflow, "heads" unfit to lead and failed to manage the station. Work individually on heavy task regardless the hazard and on-going condemnation, useless frequent meetings (inefficient), unnecessary pressures seem to purposely delay projects, bullying using power abuse or "heads-instructs". Bossing rather than teamwork. Too many internal conflict of interest, favorable. Overall, outcome doesn't follow the headquarters requirement standard, perhaps stakeholder as well. Not prepare to be advanced in research sector development. Workplace is a workplace, not a boarding school.
