      - good and innovative products - involved and creative employees

      Cons

      - the quintessence of micromanagement - no proper communication - you never know the day when they gonna fire you - people being fired without prior warning/improvement plan - lack of a sense of stability and comfort due to the above-mentioned - if you don't think equally like Management Board the company will fire you - no any kind of freedom in proceeding with your job without Management Board approval
