Pros
The interview process wasn't bad at all. But maybe because they're not an experienced company.
Cons
Horrible place to work. No training. Low quality builder. Customer service is horrible. Not in comparison of their competitors. Major turn around in employment. I've seen 4 people in one position in one year. Horrible turn around. Benefits are horrible because it's a smaller company.
