I think there are no cons

Before you seriously consider working here I want to warn that you may not be paid in full for your work. In July they told me that they were going to be able to pay me "in a few days", in August they told me "between this month and the beginning of September" and in September they just told me that "they hoped that they could pay me before October", without even a new made up deadline. I want to warn you that this could happen to you here, either because they are not willing to pay, or because they are willing but they're on the verge of insolvency. I'd strongly advice you to keep looking.
