      Worked with some good people going through the same pseudo-corporatized, toxic hamster wheel of an environment.

      Cons

      Lack of compassion, lack of forethought, lack of vision, nepotism, a new level of micromanagement, terrible examples set by higher ups along with a total lack of industry-based knowledge and accountability.

      Friendly customers and co workers.can move up in the company fairly easy.Some corporate office staff was so friendly.

      Cons

      Small business= favortism in this company's case.the DM's constantly gossiped to anyone who would listen which caused conflicts in the store and the corporate office did nothing to stop it.if a District manager did not like you they would do all they can to set you up and get you out of the company.I left with dignity and when am employer called to verify my employment here the store manager told them that I was a horrible worker, which was false being as though I did get promoted here.this company is good for discounts and to form friendships but other than that....
