      Pros

      After 8 years of working with Greener Energy Group I can truly say, I’ve never been happier in a job. The support given, not just from the directors but from every employee is exceptional. It’s like working with your friends and family.

      Cons

      We work hard and as in any industry there are always challenges. The biggest one we face is the availability of Government funding. Fortunately the company has put process and back up plans in place to elevate any danger, but it is frustrating having to deal with the Scottish Government bureaucracy.

      A great company to work for Caring for all employees/staff Good job security as they have a great reputation A good work/personal life balance with good pay Career progression evidently there as i have worked my way up from being a electricians mate to working towards my apprenticeship at college to be a full time electrician

      I have yet to find a downside of the company in my 1+ year working with them
