      Pros

      Mostly relaxed work atmosphere when management isn't on site.

      Cons

      Management is clueless can't organize themselves out of a wet paper bag no details on any plans no materials ready on any site for any job site no forethought to code for anything constantly having to put out fires due to lack of planning or understanding of building

      The owner was not involved in the projects

      Cons

      The owner has cameras (audio and visual) in the office to watch his employees They are very much a Green Wash company Clients are charged approximately 20% more for "sustainability" No financial structure which lead to grave misunderstandings with subcontractors who were treated as second class citizens by the owners at the best of times.
