      Pros

      Good business concept and support of some of the best in class private equity funds. Early mover advantage in site identification and equipment supply selection. Background work done in terms of business strategy and roadmap for the medium term

      Cons

      Poor corporate governance, no transparency in decision making, promoter over reliance on his selected resources, no scope for professionals to perform, regional parochialism not affording opportunities for outside professionals.

      Pros

      located in the heart of city. probably the only pro of this company

      Cons

      no work-life balance. Food is horrible. Excessive teams with useless people who just roam around and spend whole day. People at higher posts refer most useless and non performing guys.

      Low work, decent work life balance

      Most of the people are based on recommendation, No proper HR policy, increments are very slow, No personal growth as most of the people here have very low level of competency as they are based on recommendation, Promotions are based on how good you are at politics, Very bad HRs
