Actually they expect you to work 24/7 working hours if your job relys on travelling a lot. Taking the ober hours will lead to an ending of the contract. You will never get an opportunity to have a better position, because they are not giving These to Existent workers. There is no HR, which is the reason why people are really behaving not normal. One time a psychologist visited the Office because of a women which was brutally verbally attacking people. A no go. In Real Estate Management the "leaders" are really not capable of doing the tasks properly. Frist of all they only unverstand super slow german (even if german natives, maybe Kind of disabled). Second, they are busy on the whole day with talking **** about other employees. The conversations are very Bad, they are rude to people and not answering questions properly. They are super rude to workers. People are really licking their a** to make them like them and are tolerating a lot of bad behaviour. This is liked to the low Study degree of the head of and the director. Every mistake is brutally acused to other departments. The english of the head of is really Bad, they can not write a Review without using a Translator. There is working a girl working, which is moaning super loudly after every click which is really not normal. (She is really interested in others Work more than on the 1k mistakes she makes every day). If mistakes Happen, no body will teach you about them or talk to you. Team work does not exist, only the **** talking is very strong. Even the Guys talk ***** about other employees. They do not offer proper Laptops.
