      Pros

      Project I was assigned was 12-hour shift. Lots of off days to do further studies.

      Welfare is non-existent. Minimal leave. No increment.

      Need to really try hard to think of a pro. But too bad, nil.

      Very MIRCO MANAGE environment, if u can accept it will be good for you, and there is lack of direction from senior mgmt. Mgmt should take a good look at internal processes and external opportunities. Sleeping giant.
