      Pros

      I believe my title says it all - if I didn't move interstate I never would have left Greenstone, truly a wonderful place to work!

      Cons

      Not really a con however higher staff discounts would be amazing and in my view would entice more staff to take out insurance with GFS. In saying that in recent times, GFS did listen to it's people from surveys and created a employee discount program which is a great start to build on now.

      Pros

      Greenstone has the most supportive environment I have ever seen. I have been lucky enough to be with the business for over 10 years, during that time I have seen so many members join, find their passion and select a life long career within our business. I have a passion for developing my team and anyone that joins to reach their full potential. Greenstone has such an engaged environment that only continues to get better over time.

      Stay away.... No respect for staff what soever

      *The hours *The staff *The location *The free weekly lunch

      Cons

      *Dictatorship style management *No job security. *Harrassment and bullying is rife amongst this call centre, particularly from management *Beware of the smiling assassins *No job security *You are just a bum on a seat. *Terrible environment. *Did i mention No job security?
