      Too much responsibilities Salary on time

      Cons

      Office Politics. No professionalism. Biggest regret starts after you resign. Nobody has left happily. Everybody had to compromise with salary, reviews, BGV and trauma during notice period. They even sometimes handover termination letter after you resign. If your next company calls/mail for verification either they give bad reviews or simply ignore. This can affect your new job and may have to lose. It will be a lifetime regret if you have plans to grow and stay in the industry for a long time.
