    They don’t pay you for the amount of work you’re doing. It’s hard to grow.

    Pros

    I have a manager who recognizes I have no peers and provides me tools, autonomy, and accountability to get the job done without the politics. I love this part!

    Cons

    Regulator compliance and changes create challenges to overcome. It usually balances out after a while. If you been around long enough, you will recognize its part of business and not let it stress you. Focus on the job, stay in your lane. Remember the customer keeps the lights on at Greenway. Every day is customer appreciation day. Without them there is no US.

    Advice to Management

    More advanced notice on mandated courses. We're busy dishing up some of that customer service excellence! :)

      Was a mess organizationally. LOTS of change at the top when I was there. Owned by venture capital firm (Vista Partners), so there was a lot of "interesting" top down directives

      Cons

      No one wants to make a decision about anything. They leave it up to the non management employees to make them. Then, they don't back up those employees and scold them for making a snap decision to serve the customer. When decisions are actually made by high level management, no one is consulted nor are the decisions well thought out as to how it can affect or cause obstacles for those who do the day to day work.       The time I invested with this company was great even though last position I worked was a living hell and prisoners in prison are treated much better. Do not apply for “support technician” position at all. All the positions are way underpaid from what other EMR vendors pays.       Advice to Management

      Employees have life outside of your company and if you fail to understand that and push on your undocumented policy, you are clearly setting up your people for failure and or pushing them to leave your company. Have little respect of your people and definitely look up emotional intelligence for your management because your remote folks definitely needs it!!

      They give experience opportunities you may not get elsewhere.

      Cons

      The pay is low, management doesn't care about the work and file, technology is behind the curve. Constant turnover, reorganization and instability. They put on a brave face, but nobody trusts management. False promises.
