Pros

Great products, mission Statement and Vision. Salaries for white collars are ok. Colleagues are nice.

Cons

Managers do what they are told from their superiors and not what is right. Structures and skillsets are not up to date and nobody cares.

They should be more focused on developing new technologies and upgrading equipment. Also there is not enaugh opportunities to learn.
