Pros
Working on with one of the leading PMS for orthodontists with a strong focus on UX and the customer. People are really lovely - multitude of time zones so all asynchronous working with little or no scheduled online meetings. Working on a modern tech stack with great product engineers means we can be innovative and get done quickly. Overall a great engineering culture. Very accommodating to time off
Cons
A bit of legacy software still around which slows us down sometimes. Fast pace can be demanding sometimes but no crazy hours expected.
