Good work experience, poor pay and irritating management

Pros
You develop good skills in teamwork and manufacturing like using power tools, machinery, etc, which is helpful for getting a better job in the future
Cons
The pay is barely hovering above minimum wage and the expectations are very high. If you have arthritis or carpal tunnel related conditions, working with all of the small parts here all day will exasperate your symptoms greatly. Very quickly you are expected to cross train in multiple departments/stations with no pay increase but more pressure from management regardless.
