Pros
Worked at Greythorn for about four years as a Senior Consultant in their Melbourne branch. I had the privilege of working with one of the best teams you could ask for in this type of environment. They pay really well if you're a high performer, but if you don't put the effort in, you won't get much back - but this job isn't much fun if you're not doing well anyway.
Really great team that shared well - for the most part, which isn't the easiest thing to find when you're dealing with sales people. It is definitely what you make of it.

If you aren't successful, you won't last long.
