- Amazing investor setup - Great CEO - Super mission driven with plenty of smart and great people - tackling one of the biggest problems in the industry
Cons
-short-sided management decisions -lots of people in senior roles (manager/director) who don't belong there -quick growth causing growing pains with management not catching up -tons of last second sprints due to poor foresight and planning
