      Everything one is looking for in an office environment. Medical Insurance, 401(k), comfortable work environment, room to grow and advance, etc...

      Cons

      Very little downside. Maybe some growing pains from all the success we're having.

      -Good culture, executive team, & coworkers -Semi-annual & annual bonuses -Fast growing company with advancement opportunities -They take care of their employees with company events & perks -Expected to perform but no one breathes down your neck -Everyone is game to answer questions and help you grow

      Cons

      -Pay could be better with the cost of living in the area but the bonuses help make up for that
