      Lot's of autonomy, genuinely good smart people. They take big swings,

      Cons

      Engineering-driven, no product voice in the room. They build cool stuff nobody wants to buy. They have a hard time retaining their top talent.

      Pros

      Very flexible, decent pay and a steady supply of young high quality talent. Can be a spring board to better jobs for recent graduates. They will give you a lot of autonomy which can be good and bad.

      Cons

      Hands off CEO, problems retaining most tenured engineers, Most of the engineering staff is comprised of interns or entry level. Company is really lead by its CTO with a massive reality distortion field.
