Pros
Grifin is a seed-stage startup that just launched their investment app mid-late 2020. The team is small, which has its ups and downs. There's a lot of room to be independent and create your own work.
Cons
The flip side of the pro is that there isn't much structure. There tends to be new stuff popping up that needs to be handled asap. It can be difficult to get your job done when you aren't 100% sure what your job requirements are.
