Grinders Coffee is an excellent place to gain professional skills. Their recruitment process is stringent, and the quality of people in the business is very high. The business intelligence is always evolving, and for a large company, their is a great team feeling overall.
Cons
It can be, like in most large businesses, hard to execute new product offerings quickly. However, the quality and standard of execution the business is capable of makes up for it.
