      Pros

      Good honest company to work for. Family owned and operated. Nice atmosphere to work, not like a cold corporation. Will not get lost in company, everyone brings value to business.

      Cons

      Growing to fast without proper support. Damages moral and customer service. Needs more support to be able to grow. Everyone gets plenty of overtime if wanted.
