I did two rounds of interviews for this company and they could not have been more unprofessional. If someone is going to spend their time, energy, and effort applying and interviewing for your company, the least you can do is be respectful of them and not ghost them. They are clearly looking to take advantage of technicians as they said they would schedule technicians up to 84 hours a week as salaried employees in a hot warehouse in Texas. I can understand why there was a backfill opening.
