      Toxic boys-club culture with no real commitment to diversity

      Pros

      Some technically competent colleagues and occasional opportunities to work on interesting client portfolios. A few individuals genuinely care about delivering good work and supporting junior staff.

      Cons

      A deeply embedded boys-club culture creates an exclusionary environment with very little diversity or psychological safety. Internal politics dominate day-to-day work, and it is common for team members to spread misinformation about colleagues if they personally dislike them. This behaviour is not addressed by leadership, which enables a toxic culture to persist. The organisation talks about professionalism and values but does not model these in practice.
