I’ve had a fantastic experience so far with GroundWork Renewables. From the moment I interacted with the team, everyone has been approachable, welcoming, and supportive. Special thanks to Maliana from HR, whose sincerity and hard work made a significant difference in my decision to join this company. She was not only incredibly professional but also genuinely invested in making the onboarding process smooth and making me feel like a valued member of the team from day one. The company is at the leading edge of clean energy, which is exciting. You can feel the passion for innovation and the drive to make a difference in renewable energy.
Cons
As GroundWork is still growing, some internal structures and processes are a work in progress. However, this is to be expected in a company experiencing rapid growth, and it presents great opportunities for those who enjoy shaping the future of the organization.

There is always PROMPT communication when needed and never a lack of solutions for problems nor a lack of ideas for improvement....I hope to be able to grow with and help to grow this company.
