Cons
There is no tolerance for medical issues requiring even a short leave. I was let go after taking about 3 total days off due to a medical issue. I was even asked to find coverage for my shifts which is understandable but extremely disrespectful if the plan was to let me go. I was fully transparent and had all required medical documentation should it be needed (My email asking them to reconsider, which was ignored. Even expressly offered up said documentation.) After all that, my final paycheck was delayed and when I asked for it, I was met with confrontation and an aggressive attitude. Overall, management here obviously does not care about their employees or their well-being.
