Pros
Valued for your work and contributions. Lunch daily. Group events. Unlimited snacks and drinks. Affordable Insurance. Encourage synergy. Everyone is part of the group. Eager to provide all tools/training needed to complete the job.
Cons
I'm sure there are some, but I can't think of any.

Pros
This is a result driven company with a flat hierarchy structure. The pay is very competitive and fair. Very smart people that you get to work with! They always put their customers first and have a great work flow. You have to be motivated and hard working to make it. Lazy people won't last very long.
Cons
It is hard to find employees that are as result driven as most of the team members. Could offer some more PTO time, I guess.
