      Old French management, poor projects

      Pros

      I have no pros after 6 months of full time position. Leave it you won't regret it!

      Cons

      Arrogant French management Old frameworks Messy organization Projects are not projects! You will get assistance activities which can be done by high-school students. You will probably waste your time, learning nothing and downgrading your level... HR have a time to respond of 3 weeks, even for a little and simple query.

      Company with the idea but management has zero idea about the reality

      Pros

      To be honest not much. Few colleagues were ok.

      Cons

      The idea of the job was great but existing management heard about the buzzwords and have no idea how to implement them. There is zero communication within the company. Nobody knows what others are doing, projects are assigned randomly and promises are not kept. Just avoid it.

      Good luck to get a nice client when you are in mission, I do not complain as my client is amazing but is not the same for all.
