      Great people, great purpose, but some improvements to be made

      Pros

      People in this company are very friendly and helpful. It is a good place to start a career as a young person. Working conditions are good from my experience. Work/life balance is respected. The company works towards being an attractive place to work by investing in interesting benefits for employees. Genuinely environementaly conscious and very invested in this matter. The company culture is open and well constructed. Efforts are made regarding flexibility and work conditions are always improving.

      Cons

      The pay is decent but low when comparing it to the market standards. Difficult to get a raise or a promotion. Work conditions are very different from one branch to another. Upper management scarcely includes employees in strategic decision making. A modern company but too attached to the vertical management system.

      Les locaux sont de bonne qualité, et les ressources à disposition sont acceptables.

      Cons

      Management basé sur la domination par les nombres: le chiffre d'affaire est le seul intérêt à court terme. Mise en compétition malsaine des employés via l'évaluation des performances individuelles. Standardisation des procédés de travail qui déshumanise les collaborateurs. Management qui va à l'encontre des besoins physiologiques de l'être humain.
