Even doing your research couldn't save you from this company.
Pros
The only pro was the managers I worked alongside with were amazing men. A horse can execute the job. They dock your pay if you miss a day, then claim you took paid time off for it. Oh wait this belongs in cons.
Cons
This company consistently on a daily basis tries to be everything that they aren't but want to be; but they never take the steps to get better. Every shift was a misery with the most subpar staff and corporate office humanly imaginable. You know those shifts you have where everything goes wrong? Understaffed without product or support from corporate you're constantly getting pressure on from above and below you, imagine that shift but every day of your life. I came in applied as a server they gave me a management position that's my own fault for accepting it but I hadn't made that little money in my life since being a busboy at 17. It took me 3 days to realize what a joke of a company this is. Red flags should have raised when I realized that the restaurant group is primarily owned and managed by two accountants.
