International company with lots of opportunities in +12 countries (possibility to Work & Travel). Huge professional and personal growth accompanied by a rapid company's growth in the last 10 years. Very well-known and privileged education agency in the industry, with lots of networking and business connections with other stakeholders. Young and fun working environment.
Cons
As every startup there are lots of areas for improvement, as the communication between the different areas. There could be more cohesion for joint objectives between areas. Also, as the company is growing and improving, the processes change a lot as well, so you have to adapt constantly to changes.
