Pros
I don't even know where to start, this is the best company I have ever worked for and it shows within the culture, the people, the constant smiles around the office. We have a free breakfast bar, they buy us lunch every Wednesday from local businesses in the city centre, free fresh fruit, there is hybrid working, flexible working, employee benefits discounts, free private GP service, they understand sometimes things like hospital, doctors and dentists appointments can't always be arranged out of work hours and support you with in situations you would feel reluctant sharing with an employer. They bring constant joy and happiness to everyone and arrange so many team building activities everyone becomes like a second family. They listen to their employees needs and wants and take everybody's opinions into consideration. I have never felt so much love within a business this isn't just a job to anyone that works there it has become the workplace of happiness and kindness and really embraces such an amazing culture. I have never had a day where I thought I don't want to go into work today. I am excited for work each and everyday and i can not wait to see everyone and be surrounded by these wonderful people. Obviously it isn't all fun and games and there is so much work to be done but I genuinely enjoy my job here.
Cons
I honestly can not think of any. Maybe not much room for progression right now but hopefully as the business grows more opportunities will become available and learning and advancement is encouraged through courses.
Sometimes not always its the managers who get all the praise and its actually whole teams behind the scenes who do all the hard work and the bits nobody wants to do.
