There was a lack of recognition for employees' efforts, as no matter how many successful projects you completed, they claimed dissatisfaction with your work to avoid increasing your salary. 3. The management and work culture were toxic, with the top management expecting employees to work beyond office hours. Only those who worked 24/7 and made themselves available at all times were appreciated, setting an unreasonable expectation for work-life balance.
