      There are no pros, the only way to climb up the ladder in this company is that either you are a female ready to sleep your way up or male ready to be corrupt.

      Cons

      The management is leading the whole thing hence there will be no resolution to any of your grievances. you'll truly see a new benchmark of poor work culture.
