*The pay depends of if you're on location, in the shop, or driving. Not consistent at all. *Since you are away from home for so long, you have no work/home life. *Organization defiantly looks out for themselves even though they claim "we are a family". If that was the case then I'd put myself up for adoption. *Supervisors and management is a joke. There's no consistency on who's in charge, who answers their phone, who to contact to get equipment, etc. * False/empty promises on pretty much everything. *Job description is based off of what job they need you to do. You do not have a static job if you are omni-trained. You are the subject to "needs of the company". (Job and pay do not always match) * Gas lit if you attempt to take time off or do anything for yourself away from the company.

Your job title doesn't match your job. Your job duties change at will for "company needs" You don't have set hours. Your pay is different from site to warehouse to driving so you get an inconsistent pay check. Work/home life is all work and no home.
