*The pay depends of if you're on location, in the shop, or driving. Not consistent at all.
*Since you are away from home for so long, you have no work/home life.
*Organization defiantly looks out for themselves even though they claim "we are a family". If that was the case then I'd put myself up for adoption.
*Supervisors and management is a joke. There's no consistency on who's in charge, who answers their phone, who to contact to get equipment, etc.
* False/empty promises on pretty much everything.
*Job description is based off of what job they need you to do. You do not have a static job if you are omni-trained. You are the subject to "needs of the company". (Job and pay do not always match)
* Gas lit if you attempt to take time off or do anything for yourself away from the company.
