Pros

I love working with this wonderful group of people and their beautiful dogs. The work environment has a family vibe which has always made me feel right at home. They offer excellent benefits and opportunities for career growth within the organization. I look forward to growing with them in the future.

Cons

A busy day at work can feel stressful at times, but every time I have ever needed help getting my job duties done by the end of the day all I’ve had to do was ask and everyone rallies together to get what needs to be done. I’ve even seen the office employees come out and help with the dogs when they get the chance.

Good intentions for the cause of providing dogs for Veterans and First Responders.

Cons

Poor treatment of employees with hours worked and wages. In adequate facilities to train care for or manage the dogs. Management lacks the understanding to provide adequate training equipment cleaning supplies or facilities to ensure proficiency of training of the dogs in care of the dogs. They need to spend more money on employees and training facility which would increase their ability to produce a better product and provide the service that they are advertising for Veterans and First Responders.
