Where to begin.... Upper Management favors friends, and allow them to get away with not doing their job. You can over work yourself, continue to produce results, and continually do what is asked of you while going above and beyond, and not be recognized at all. This company will continue to ask more and more of you, disregarding your mental health and family life. There is a tracker required for EVERYTHING, you name it! Not only does this take more unnecessary time, it takes away from you actually doing your job duties. The trackers only benefit upper management, basically makes their job easier while making their site staffs harder. They will continuously give you more work duties that are expected to be completed daily, weekly, and monthly. This is why all managers are salaried, because it's expected to work over 40 hours a week. They don't want to pay you your overtime. PTO is laughable. Managers get only 3 weeks of PTO, no sick time. Hourly staff only gets 2 weeks of PTO, and no sick time. You get sick? Oh well there goes your PTO.
