If I need to leave early or come in late for any given reason, I'm able to.
Cons
They cater to people who aren't good at their jobs instead of replacing them. The responsibility just gets pushed onto people who do a good job at no benefit to that person. No promotions, no pay increases, low morale, and no real management in the company. Like the flexibility with coming in late or leaving early, the casual dress code is taken advantage of. Jeans are casual, pajamas are not.
