Pay is ok for some positions but it locks you in making it tough to leave.
Cons
The company lacks direction or vision and pushes changes without effective communication or thought. Senior leadership doesn't listen to employees. Lack of trust in employees and micromanagement from senior leadership creates a toxic culture and lack of trust in leadership. Employees would rather stay quiet and quit. Paid time off is not good at all. Follow through on company initiatives and sometimes simple tasks are long and drawn out due to lack of organization and execution.
