Simple work, decent coworkers, nice office

Cons

Management is terrible and inconsistent. They will make promises that you can be remote and only a handful of people will be required in office, but then they’ll go back on that and screw you over and force you into office. They will make promises of bonuses and raises but then hang it over your head to push you into things you don’t want to do.
