Horrible management. Owner gets handsy with female employees and HR stands idly by. Management is very racist making jokes about the way people talk, look and live. I have been on multiple calls with VPs who outright mock and display their disgust towards Muslim people. They also make fun of gay people often by mimicking them and calling them predators (as if they are scared another man might look at them and turn them gay). I have personally gone to HR about pay discrepancy (getting paid $20k less than my male counterparts), sexual comments made towards me as well as outright sexual harassment- each time being ignored or denied my rights.

It is well known that upper management has made inappropriate advances towards employees. When employees made a complaint to HR, no follow up was done except to lay off the females making complaints. Sexist and racist comments are made daily. HR provides zero support and employees are left discouraged. On top of this, staff in underpaid and under valued. They are constantly getting sued for patent and employee issues. They lie to their clients and to their banks. Layoffs happen regularly to save money while upper management spend $$$ on presidential suites and villas for travel.
