      Old ideas, terrible management

      Pros

      Being remote with flexible hours was great and working on fun, impactful projects.

      Cons

      Nothing gets updated. They don't want models that work, they just want models that look like the competition. There is a huge lack of management and they are really resistant to promote people. They also hire in new staff at higher pay than veterans.

      Decent work, good colleagues at the firm.

      Cons

      PTO Policy is extremely unforgiving, utilization rates are the only employee metric that matter. hard to get a promotion despite consistent yearly good performance ratings. When I was leaving my Master's program this was my dream company -- would not recommend if you have other options
