No training no introduction to product terminated no notice, through email after being locked out of system

Where does one begin here. All I can say for anyone reading this who's looking into joining this company, is do yourself a favor and move on to the next opportunity. This company and the CEO have no leadership qualities, no business acumen, no vision for the future, and absolutely no place running a tech company. You won't learn anything maintaining a rushed legacy application with no vision, goals, or identity. Spend your days stressed, confused, stagnant, and all with a CEO who has no empathy or general sense of duty to his staff.
