      The field of activity. You can meet some nice people.

      Cons

      No organisational culture. No transparency. No internal communication, AT ALL. Self egos from the directors of specific departments (marketing, sales, logistic etc). You cannot have another opinion than the opinion of your manager/director. If you do that, you are given away.

      really interesting place to work. Learnt plenty of things, you can have a lot of interesting missions.

      Management is not preventing the well being of employees. Working all the time in rush. No organization in work and process
