      Great support system and training, they really want you to succeed.

      Cons

      Has to be a side gig or for someone who only needs to work part time, there aren't enough hours to warrant it being your sole income.

      no leadership from leadership. expectations without any communication. unequal workload across staff. lack of oversight and reactive instead of proactive practices.

      1. They took advantage of my passion for the cause. 2. Scope creep 3. Low pay and terrible benefits 4. I did the most work on my team but did not get paid the most on my team. 5. "Boys Club" senior leadership. You're in or you're out.
